Madeiras of the 20th Century
This fortified wine from a small island off the coast of Africa is one of our favorite drinks here at the 'llula and we are lucky enough to have bottles from throughout the last century, including 1931, 1954 and 1982. Madeira is great with cheese and with desserts and we are pretty sure we're going to try it all. Space is very limited. $199.00

From Kraft Singles to $30.00/lb.
Okay. This is a tasting that starts with Kraft singles and ends with something like a really expensive english farmstead cheese. In between we'll taste high-end stuff from the supermarket and low-end stuff from the cheese monger. We'll taste fancy euro-cheese and even fancier domestic cheese. We'll debate it all in this crazy quilt of a cheese class. We think this is going to be one of the coolest classes we've done so far. Can anyone say string cheese? With wine pairings and Kool-Aid. $55
